Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of university-enterprise partnerships in enhancing the job skills of aviation students at the Civil Aviation University of China. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from a sample of 120 students through a structured questionnaire. The analysis revealed that students participating in partnership programs reported significantly higher levels of overall skill development, practical skills acquisition, industry exposure, problem-solving skills, and teamwork and collaboration compared to those in traditional education models. The study underscores the importance of integrating practical, industry-aligned experiences into aviation education and offers valuable insights for curriculum designers and policymakers aiming to bridge the skill gap in the aviation industry.
